Home to major tourist destinations like Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe, Kansai is a region where traditional culture and vibrant city life coexist. It is known for its rich culinary scene, including takoyaki (octopus balls), okonomiyaki (savory pancakes), Kyoto’s matcha and yuba (tofu skin), and Kobe’s premium Wagyu beef.
